Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2-7 business days depending on location.

We currently ship from New York/New Jersey.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs delays.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

KEEMSTUDIOS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
