All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Store credit or exchange is available within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit or process an exchange for an item of equal value. Non-returnable items include:

• Sale items or limited releases
• Gift cards
• Items purchased through third-party retailers

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@keemstudios.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
